This past weekend I was up in Salt Lake at the Salt Lake Plaza Hotel with all CTSO officers (Career & Technical Student Organizations) getting leadership training and I have to say it was pretty fun! Who knew leadership training could actually be fun? But at nights when we had meetings with are own organizations and now I am WAY excited for are trip to Nashville, Tennessee and Washington D.C. but maybe not so excited to have to try deep fried pickles in Nashville :s that sounds so disgusting but are State Advisor Candace Thurgood says they are delicious and that we have to try them unless we are alergic to grease or pickles so I guess I will just have to see. Being an FCCLA state officer is so much fun and an AMAZING experience and I can't wait to be one again next year and then I am going to run to be a National FCCLA officer in 2 years! I can't wait!

You never know, you might love fried pickles! While I was on my mission I decided that I would try the new and "bizarre" foods (especially the cheese - the stinky kind) at least once. Some I swore I would never eat again and some I really learned to love! Let me know about the pickles, I'm interested to see what you think! As many times as I've been to Nashville I've never even heard of those! :)
